Sweepstakes Period: The Sweepstakes begins on December 27, 2009 at 12:01 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) and ends on January 20, 2010 at 11:59 p.m. ET (the “Sweepstakes Period”). All Internet entries must be received during the Sweepstakes Period to be eligible. All mail-in entries must be received by Sponsor no later than January 20, 2010 to be eligible for the Sweepstakes. Sponsor’s computer is the official time keeping device for the Sweepstakes.

How to Enter: NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED. There are two (2) ways to enter the Sweepstakes:

1. Internet Entry: Entrants may enter for a chance to win the Sweepstakes by completing an Official Online Entry Form available at:http://www.jerseymikes.com/sweeps. Within the Sweepstakes Period, each Entrant must fully complete the entry form by providing his/her name, home address, phone number, e-mail address and indicating his or her agreement to join the Jersey Mike’s® email club.
2. Mail-In Entry: Entrants may enter for a chance to win the Sweepstakes by completing an Official Mail-In Entry Form and mailing the form to Sponsor at: Jersey Mike’s Franchise Systems, 2251 Landmark Place, Manasquan, New Jersey 08736. Each Entrant must fully complete the entry form by providing his/her name, home address, phone number, and e-mail address. Mail-in entries must be received by Sponsor no later than January 20, 2010 to be eligible for the Sweepstakes.

Prizes:

1. Second Prize: Twenty-five (25) winners will receive food and beverages for twenty-five (25) people provided by Sponsor. Prize consists of: (i) ten (10) giant Jersey Mike’s® sub sandwiches; and (ii) soft drinks and chips for twenty-five (25) people. All food and beverage specifics determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Winner is responsible for picking-up food and beverages at a Jersey Mike’s restaurant within thirty (30) miles of his or her residence. Winners must redeem the prize no later than May 7, 2010. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) = $150.
2. First Prize: Ten (10) winners will each receive a LG 42-inch LCD HDTV (model number 42LH30-UA) and food and beverages for twenty-five (25) people provided by Sponsor. Food and beverage portion of the prize consists of: (i) ten (10) giant Jersey Mike’s® sub sandwiches; and (ii) soft drinks and chips for twenty-five (25) people. All food and beverage specifics determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Winner is responsible for picking-up food and beverages at a Jersey Mike’s restaurant within thirty (30) miles of his or her residence. Television will be awarded within approximately two (2) weeks of receipt by Sponsor of the Declaration and any other prize acceptance documents. Prize does not include television installation. Television may be available for pick-up or delivery, to be determined at Sponsor’s sole discretion, and winners are responsible for scheduling pick-up or delivery of television. Sponsor will make best efforts to coordinate awarding of prize, but does not guarantee winners’ receipt of television by February 7, 2010. Winners must redeem prize no later than May 7, 2010. ARV = $950.
3. Grand Prize: One (1) winner will receive two (2) tickets to The Big Game in Miami, Florida to be held on February 7, 2010, as well as transportation and lodging. Transportation will consist of two (2) round-trip coach-class airfare tickets, departing Saturday, February 6, 2010 and returning Monday, February 8, 2010, from a major airport near the winner’s home to Miami, Florida or vicinity. Hotel lodging will consist of a double occupancy room for the winner and a guest for two (2) nights in a hotel in Miami, Florida or vicinity. The winner bears all responsibility for the use of the prize in compliance with the terms and conditions imposed by the transportation and lodging providers and any additional costs associated with the use of such prizes. If Sponsor provides the tickets and books the travel and lodging, but the winner does not use the tickets, travel, and/or lodging, the prize is null and void and no further compensation or prizes will be offered to the potential winner. Exact travel dates and arrangements are subject to availability. It is highly recommended that the winner contact Sponsor to book his or her flights immediately upon confirmation of winning the prize. ARV = $9,000
